This site covers my interests as well as provides information on my guitar performing, guitar teaching and yoga classes around Plymouth.

• Guitar Performances - I play Spanish, Classical and Flamenco Guitar at Weddings and Special Occasions. Bookings and CD enquiries can be made by contacting me on 07969 861173.
• Guitar Lessons - I am no longer taking on any new students. I am running a Rock School this summer, click here to see a video of the 2007 School of Rock.
• Yoga Classes - We teach classes at Down Thomas, and gyms around Plymouth.
• Triathlon and Running - I have now been competing in triathlon and running for 10 years, coming 7th in the National Ironman Champs in 2002 and 127th in the London Marathon in 2003.
• Cycle Touring - Back in 1995 I headed off on an adventurous cycle tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Hawaii and California which saw me complete 10,000km on my bike carrying full camping equipment. My book - 'Rider' describes this journey.
• The Alchemists - Way back in 1991 I used to play in a band, you can here our recordings here.
